The Red Hot Organization has put together a second tribute album to Fela Kuti, the King of Afrobeat. Fela Kuti, died of complications from AIDS in 1997. Red Hot & Fela, as with the first (2002′s Red Hot + Riot) assembled a bunch of American and African musicians together in new combinations to see what they would come up with. One of the break away songs on the project is KING‘s cover of Fela Kuti’s classic “Go Slow.” Check it out below. Enjoy!
