Do you like to design graphics? Yes, Well here’s the contest for you. Grammy Award winning, singer, songwriter, Meshell Ndegeocello would like to invite you to design a Comet, Come to Me commemorative T-shirt to be sold online in her web store this summer.

The artist with the best design (to be chosen by Meshell) will receive $250 and a Meshell Gift Pack. There will also be two “Runners Up”. They will be based upon the designs that have the most “likes” on Instagram.

Hey Everyone, Indaba music is sponsoring a remix context. Remix Robert Glasper’s song “Move Love” to win $500 and a royalty-free one of a kind piano sample from Robert himself. Hidden Beach Records Presents: Jill Scott’s ‘Have a “Lovely Day” Contest

Hidden Beach Recordings in conjunction with Centric TV Network are sponsoring a contest to promote The Have A Lovely Day Campaign, which was inspired by Jill Scotts cover of the Bill Wither’s classic “Lovely Day” from Hidden Beach’s soon to be released CD, The Original Jill Scott… which is scheduled to hit stores on Tuesday August 30, 2011.  The contest encourages fans to submit a short video showing random acts of kindness and volunteering.  Videos, are due by Monday, August 29th, and must be at least 60 seconds to 4 minutes in length.   The first prize for the top-full-length music video is $500, which will be donated to the  non-profit organization of the winner’s choice.  The winning video will be featured on  Centric and at www.centrictv.com.
